1. Screen Replacement Warranty – iPhone

• All iPhone screen replacements done at Megaphone Shop come with an unlimited warranty, unless there is:

• Physical damage

• Water/liquid damage

Important Note: After screen replacement, your iPhone may display a notification such as “Important Display Message” indicating that the part is not a genuine Apple component. This is expected and does not affect functionality.

2. Screen Replacement – Other Devices (Non-iPhone)

• We offer two types of screens:

• Premium Quality Screen: Comes with unlimited warranty (except in case of physical or water damage). Slightly higher in price.

• Budget/Low-Cost Screen: No warranty provided.

• Dust Removal: We always ensure dust is cleared before installing a new screen.

3. Manufacturer Issues vs Accidental Damage

• Manufacturer Defects (screen flickering, touch issues, battery swelling, etc. not caused by external damage) are covered by the warranty within the stated periods below.

• Accidental Damage (cracks, dents, water exposure, etc.) voids all warranties.

• Devices with physical or water damage are not eligible for free repairs or warranty claims.

5. Gaming Console Repairs

• We can assist with:

• HDMI port issues

• Overheating

• Display not working

• System not powering on

• Game software issues (we’ll try, but no guarantees)

 Disclaimer: There is no warranty on gaming console repairs. Parts availability is limited, and repairs are not guaranteed to be 100% effective. You proceed at your own risk.

• We provide software troubleshooting for laptops, tablets, phones, and gaming systems.

• Warranty not included for software services.

7. Accessories and Small Part Purchases

• All accessories and small parts purchased from our store come with a 1-month warranty for manufacturer defects only.

• No warranty for damage due to misuse, drops, or water.

• We are not responsible for any data loss during repairs. Please back up your device before service.

• Once a device is returned to the customer after repair, any new damage or issues not reported immediately will not be covered.
